The ongoing Edin Dzeko transfer saga should come to an end within the next seven days according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Bosnian striker has been heavily linked with a move to Inter this Summer but negotiations between the two clubs have dragged on and on.

With him now 33-years-old and having just a year left on his deal in the Italian capital, it was initially reported that Inter wanted to spend no more than €12 million on him.

Roma on the other hand are demanding €20 million and refusing to budge whatsoever, even though Inter have went above their maximum price to try and acquire him by offering €15 million.

The player has grown to be unhappy with all the delays given he had been assured it would have been completed by the end of June.

Last season Dzeko netted 14 goals and provided 11 assists for teammates in 40 matches across all competitions.
