Inter To Play Four Out Of Next Five Games In September At The San Siro

Inter will only play one more away game this month as the Nerazzurri are set to play four games in a row at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

The Nerazzurri started this month with a win away to Cagliari, thanks to goals from Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku, and will end this month with a trip to Genoa to face Sampdoria, on September 28th.

The four home games start with Udinese next weekend, before Inter’s Champions League opener against Slavia Prague on September 17th. Then, the Nerazzurri will play against AC Milan in the derby, technically an ‘away’ game but still inside the San Siro.

The final home game of this month is against Lazio in a game that could set Antonio Conte’s Inter up for success, with Simone Inzaghi’s Biancocelesti looking to fight for a Champions League spot this season.

With the Nerazzurri’s strong start to the league, a successful month at home could prove crucial in the race for the Scudetto.
