Inter’s squad was the 14th most expensive in Europe to assemble according to the latest report from the CIES football observatory.
The Nerazzurri squad took €364 million to construct and is the third most expensive in Italy. City rivals Milan spent €408 million to build their current side whilst reigning champions Juventus took €719 million, the fifth highest of all European clubs.
Manchester City top the list having spent over €1 billion which makes them the first team to ever exceed that mark.
