Inter and Milan will soon meet with the Milan city council to share their plans for the proposed new stadium according to a report from Corriere della Sera.
Four plans were initially drawn up and just two now remain. Those two plans come from American group Populous, who made Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium, and the joint project of David Manica and Cmr.
Yesterday there was a long meeting between the clubs where they discussed meeting with Milan mayor Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Sala to share the one plan they wish to proceed with.
They could even put on an exhibition and showcase all four plans and give reasons as to why the winner was chosen and why the other three were discarded. Alternatively they could just show the two finalists’ plans.
The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to detail that the clubs could present to the city council in two weeks time on September 24 but getting everything in place by then could be difficult.
