The two plans for Inter and AC Milan’s proposed new stadium will be revealed to the pubic on September 27 according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The clubs are to present the plans of the Populous group and the plan from David Manica and Cmr to the Milan city council on September 24.

Little is known about both plans but it is understood that the Populous group are aiming for a more futuristic stadium that would have the ability to change colours dependent on the team who is playing.

David Manica and Cmr’s plan meanwhile will go down a more traditional route. The roof will be oval in shape with half of it blue and the other red to signify the coexistence of the two clubs who will be tenants. Part of the outside of the stadium would be dedicated to the fans.

The report goes on to state that whilst Inter’s management are taking time to evaluate everything, AC Milan’s leadership are currently understood to prefer the Populous plan.
