Following Inter’s 2-0 victory over AC Milan earlier tonight, coach Antonio Conte sent out the players who didn’t feature in the derby to train on the San Siro pitch whilst their teammates showered and celebrated in the changing room.

This small act shows Conte’s insane work ethics and the value he places on hard work and focus.

The Nerazzurri face Lazio next week on Wednesday in their fifth league game of the league. The 50-year-old Italian coach is already thinking ahead to the game as he looks to extend the Nerazzurri’s lead at the top of the table, currently two points ahead of second place Juventus.

Inter have a perfect record in the championship so far, with four wins in four games. Despite their disappointing performance in the Champions League against Slavia Prague earlier in the week, Conte didn’t let the game ruin the first ever Milanese derby in his career.
