Impressive Choreographies From Both Sets Of Fans In Inter’s Derby Victory Over AC Milan

Despite plans being drawn up for the demolition of the San Siro, the stadium still impressed as the backdrop for an exciting Milan derby last night, writes Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, with just over 70,000 spectators inside.

The pre-match choreographies from the AC Milan fans in the Rossoneri Curva set the stage for an exciting Milanese derby, with a gigantic Sant’Ambrogio crushing the Inter snake with the inscription: “”To hell with faith.”

The Nerazzurri fans responded with a banner than said “And no-one will stop us.”, also paying homage to 50 years of the Curva Nord.

If everything goes according to plans, in a few years the derby could be hosted in a new stadium with a commercial district, featuring shops and skyscrapers, in only a few years.

Both AC Milan and Inter are undecided what project to pursue, with two architecture studios Populous and Manica-Cmr fighting for the project, set to be chosen next weekend.
