Former Inter defender Ciccio Colonnese spoke to Italian radio show Tutti Convocati on Radio24 today to discuss the Derby d’Italia and his thoughts on the current Inter squad.
“Next Sunday will be Scudetto challenge, I have no doubt.”
The 48-year-old Italian then spoke about Inter’s position in the league table.
“They deserved it for what they’ve showed in these first few games. Napoli are a team that create a lot, but on a defensive level it’s too easy. At the moment I don’t see them like the other two in the Scudetto fight. Juventus are growing a lot, playing less spectacularly than Sarri’s Napoli.”
Finally, Colonnese discussed who would be Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner in the game next weekend.
“I think it’ll be Higuain. Higuain is more of a ‘goleador’, but Dybala has more talent. The two of them would be a perfect match, but we can’t forget Ronaldo. Sarri must be good at finding a balance between the three. Juve, however, are growing.”
