Claudio Ranieri has spoken on Inter and Juventus’ respective starts to the 2019/20 Serie A season under new managers Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri.

“We are seeing the season that we expected. Juventus is always up there whilst Conte is doing a great job at Inter. I think that we can already see the work of both Conte and Sarri at their new clubs,” he said in an interview with Radio Anch’io Lo Sport.

“You can already see Conte’s ideas in the Inter team and Sarri’s work is beginning to be seen at Juventus too. They will give more life to a great duel. I hope that Napoli gets back on track to be the third team that will fight for the Scudetto.”

Ranieri also spoke on Stefano Sensi and the midfielders surprising start to his life in Nerazzurri following his Summer arrival from Sassuolo.

“He surprised me with the tranquillity with which he plays. He was a great player but you can really see his character and personality on the big stage. He is doing very well at Inter.”
