Respected journalist Paolo Condo has revealed an anecdote regarding Inter manager Antonio Conte and his bid to make Inter’s training ground water-tight so to avoid as many leaks of information as possible.

“On the first day he visited Inter’s training ground, there were a lot of people kicking around, on the pitches and in other areas where nobody wants them,” Condo revealed in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.

“Conte demanded a list of everyone who had access, saw the list and then said he wanted only a third of the people who had access to continue having access and it was at the club’s discretion who they wanted to keep on the list. He is called a maniac but the results speak for themselves.”

Conte has led Inter to the perfect start in Serie A with him leading the side to six wins in six matches. The Nerazzurri currently sit at the top of the table and have a two point lead on second placed Juventus.
