Maurizio Sarri continues to debate with himself when it comes to whether to deploy Gonzalo Higuain or Paulo Dybala in this weekend’s match away to Inter in the first Derby D’Italia of the season, according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Higuain got the nod to start up top with Cristiano Ronaldo against Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday night in the Champions League and took full advantage as he scored the Bianconeri’s opening goal whilst Dybala was the starter in Juve’s last league game against SPAL.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to state that Sarri has already decided that he will bring Aaron Ramsey into the side and the Welshman will take the place of Federico Bernardeschi in behind the striking partnership at San Siro on Sunday night.

Juventus are heading into the game this weekend two points behind their arch-rivals and know that a win will put them top of the table.
