Corriere della Sera have taken a look at current Inter manager Antonio Conte’s growth in various fields of management in recent times.

“On the team’s return from Spain, Conte tried to make his team overcome the unjust defeat immediately as he stayed in Appiano Gentile with the team and got them back training yesterday morning in view of Sunday’s clash with Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus,” the report from the Milan based news outlet begins.

“The match against Barcelona highlighted Inter’s qualities and above all it confirmed the evolution of Conte as a manager. The former national team manager has improved a lot in recent years. When he was at Chelsea, the British media had nicknamed him the master of tactics.”

It concludes: “Conte has also become a great communicator. Beppe Marotta was well aware of this growth when he decided to take him to Inter, anticipating Juve who tried in vain to take him away.”
