Football finance expert and Il Sole 24 Ore journalist Marco Bellinazzo has stated that Inter have further reduced the financial gap between themselves and arch-rivals Juventus.
Inter have just posted club record revenues of €417 million for the 2018/19 season, the first time the club have ever exceeded the €400 million mark.
On June 30 2019, a difference in turnover of €204 million separated Inter from Juventus, a larger amount than the previous year when it was €157 million.
However, Bellinazzo states that when income from capital gains and player loans is excluded, Inter have managed to reduce the gap with the Bianconeri from €113 million down to €91 million.
