Danilo D’Ambrosio looks like he will be back available for selection ahead of tomorrow night’s Champions League match away to Borussia Dortmund according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italian broke one of his toes during the most recent international break during Italy’s win over Greece and he has been absent ever since.
He joined back in with his teammates for full training yesterday ahead of the match at Signal Iduna Park and was able to kick the ball about without feeling any pain in his toe.
The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to state that whilst Inter have received some good news on the injury front, the same cannot be said for Dortmund.
The German giants were dealt a blow over the weekend as club captain and talisman Marco Reus picked up an injury during their 3-0 win over Wolfsburg. He sustained a blow to his left ankle and is doubtful for the match against the Nerazzurri.
