Parma midfielder Dejan Kulusevski is the subject of much transfer attention from across Europe and Inter are hoping to make a move on the player before the competition, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport today.
The report details how the Emilian club have no interest in letting the Atalanta owned midfielder leave in the upcoming January transfer window, and therefore it seems more likely that the player will depart next summer. Atalanta, who loaned the player out to Parma earlier this year, are already considered offers in the region of €40 million, a high figure considering last season Kulusevski was only a Primavera player.
Therefore, Inter are keen to make an offer for him earlier than their competition, the report highlights. The Nerazzurri are looking to strengthen their midfield department, especially considering the lack of squad depth in the role, with players like Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella playing constantly without regular rest.
