French side Paris Saint Germain have joined the list of clubs interested in Inter defender Milan Skriniar, alongside Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid, according to a report from Italian media outlet FcInterNews.

The Parisian club are hoping the 24-year-old Slovakian defender can replace the outgoing Thiago Silva, whose contract expires next June, the report details. The good relationship between the two clubs is good and could signal an ease in negotiations, but unfortunately for PSG the player has other ideas.

Skriniar is happy with Inter, the report suggests, discussing his recent contract renewal with the Nerazzurri tying him to the club until 2023, and guaranteeing him €3.2 million per season plus bonuses in wages. The 24-year-old defender is keen to win a trophy with the Nerazzurri and isn’t interested in leaving for either the interested Spanish clubs or PSG.

Skriniar has made 102 appearances for Inter since his arrival from Sampdoria in 2017.
