Former Inter midfielder Benoit Cauet has heaped praise upon Inter manager Antonio Conte for the work he has carried out during his tenure in charge of the club so far.
Conte has led Inter to a historic start with them winning 12 of their 14 league games to date, form which has them sitting top of the Serie A table. Moreover, he has the team on course to qualify to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
“The work carried out since the beginning of the season has been extraordinary on Antonio Conte’s part. He has brought a certain mentality that means results come and the Nerazzurri deserve to be at the top of the table,” he explained in an interview with Italian radio station Radio Sportiva.
“Conte asks very much of his boys, he asks them to give him everything. He has a his way of doing things and it enables him to get the most out of his players. This is the greatest skill that a coach can have.”
