Inter chief executive Alessandro Antonello has confirmed that despite plans in place for a new stadium to be built, the club have far from forgotten about Serie A which they still intend to improve between now and leaving the stadium.
“The path undertaken with the birth of the IN hospitality scheme in May 2018 has already demonstrated its worth: it’s a programme that is able to make the stadium experience special,” he explained at an event for Inter’s hospitality clients, as quoted by Inter’s official club website.
“For the first time in history, we’ve sold all the SkyBox season packages, and they deserve a special mention. Our clients will have appreciated the restructuring that has taken place in recent weeks. The product being offered today is now much more welcoming and modern.
“All the Sky Boxes in the Settore Rosso have all been renovated, while this also applies to half of the Sky Boxes in the Settore Arancio. The work will be completed by the end of the year.
He concluded: “Therefore, our message is this: while we are making plans for a new stadium, we are also working to improve our current home, one which will remain so for a number of years yet despite all the discussions which are taking place.”
