Inter president Steven Zhang will be in attendance for next week’s Champions League group stage finale with Barcelona according to a report in today’s print edition of Rome based news outlet Corriere dello Sport.

Zhang is currently heading to his native China for business reasons but he will be back in Milan to see the Nerazzurri attempt to progress to the knockout stage of European football’s premiere continental club competition.

Heading into the final group stage game, Inter have their Champions League destiny in their hands and know that bettering or matching Borussia Dortmund’s result will see them advance thanks to the superior goal difference over the two matches played between them.

Due to continued safety concerns about some areas of the stadium, the capacity at San Siro will be reduced from 80,018 to 75,817. Almost 4500 tickets are available to away fans and Inter are hopeful to sell out the remaining circa 71,300.
