Dejan Kulusevski has shared his desire to join a ‘great team’ but insists that for the time being anyway he is just thinking about ‘having fun’ whilst he plays as he believes that is how he gets the best out of himself.
“When I start to think a lot, I play very bad. I try to be like when I was little in Sweden. I just think about having fun. When I am having fun, I am at my strongest. I have never wanted to be the best of all, but I want to play in a great team,” the 19-year-old Swedish international told DAZN.
Kulusevski, who is currently out on loan at Parma from Atalanta and has drawn strong links to Inter and Juventus, concluded: “My mentality is what got me here, not just training and my talent. Some coaches did not believe in me, people said, I would never be anything because I dribbled too much but I always thought I was doing the right thing.”
