Celebrity Inter fan, Italian singer-songwriter Max Pezzali, has shared his thoughts ahead of Inter’s match at home to Roma tonight in an interview with Milanese newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
“In my opinion, Roma and Lazio are the two most dangerous teams to meet at the moment. Roma have a certain strength and calmness about them that has been missing for some time. Fonseca has impressed me with his tactics and how he has protected the team from controversy.
“Lazio are amazing and are a little bit less of a surprise. Inzaghi has them playing great football and Immobile is among the best strikers in Europe.
“In short, Roma present a formidable challenge for Inter. We are at the top of the table but only by a little margin. I hope that Lazio will help us keep Juve at a distance.
He concluded: “Inter has a positive inertia brought by Conte, fuelled by the desire and sense of responsibility, despite the difficulties and without that depression of the past. It will be very difficult but there is determination.”
