Inter striker Romelu Lukaku is keen to take revenge on Barcelona in the upcoming Champions League clash between the two sides, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 26-year-old Belgian striker suffered two defeats to the Catalan club in the competition last year with Manchester United, and now he has the opportunity to propel his new club, Inter, into the next round of the competition by taking revenge on the Blaugrana.

Lukaku has appeared reborn under the guidance of coach Antonio Conte this season, the report highlights, and both the player and the coach are hoping that he can transfer over his incredible form in the league to one of the toughest stadiums in Europe as well.

Lukaku has scored ten goals so far this season in the league for the Nerazzurri, but only managed to hit the back of the net once in the Champions League, creating a situation where he can walk away the hero on Tuesday if he can drive Inter to the next round of the competition.
