Inter coach Antonio Conte is at the forefront of the best coaches in Italy for the way he gets his players to fight for the win, alongside Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.
The report details how both Conte and Gasperini have placed a lot of value of hard work in training and constantly working as hard as possible when on the pitch, to great results. A concept that has now also been seen at Cagliari and Hellas Verona with Rolando Maran and Ivan Juric respectively.
Furthermore, both Conte and Gasperini are ahead of their colleagues because of the way they motivate their players, the report highlights. The two coaches have the ability to fire up their squad, creating a situation where even players who have struggled for consistent playing time, such as Borja Valero, are prepared to work as hard as possible when called upon for the good of the team.
