Cassano: “Inter Should Sign Marcos Alonso, Vidal & Giroud In January”

Former Inter striker Antonio Cassano has named three players he thinks his former employers should go in for in the upcoming January transfer window.

“What do Inter need to do in January? They need to sign Marcos Alonso for the defence, Arturo Vidal for the midfield and someone like Olivier Giroud for the attack. With these players, Inter could really fight to the end for the title,” he explained as he appeared on Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset show Tiki Taka.

Inter have drawn a tonne of links to players across the pitch as they look to strengthen and increase their chances of success come the end of the season.

After 15 games played, Inter currently find themselves sitting at the top of the Serie A table with 38 points to their name.

Moreover, they are also on the brink of qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League. Inter face Barcelona tomorrow night in the final group stage match and know that they will progress so long as they match or better Borussia Dortmund’s result.
