Inter full back Danilo D’Ambrosio has expressed his disappointment at the Nerazzurri’s goalless draw against Roma on Friday with a post on his Instagram page.
The 31-year-old Italian full back, who is contracted to Inter until 2021, only appeared briefly in the game, as coach Antonio Conte wanted to rest him slightly ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League clash against Barcelona, one of the Milanese side’s most important games of the season.
D’Ambrosio posted some photos from Friday’s draw against Roma alongside the caption: “We tried to win, we failed, unfortunately! The road is long, and we will always give our best.”
