Luciano Spalletti will remain out of management at least until the end of this current season according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Spalletti was relieved of his duties as Inter manager this past Summer but remains on the club’s payroll until the end of next season.

AC Milan showed an interest in hiring him upon sacking Marco Giampaolo but Spalletti failed to agree a severance package with Inter. Napoli are also understood to have got into contact with him prior to appointing Genaro Gattuso but he rejected their advances.

The report also states that an unnamed Chinese club offered him a three year deal that came with a massive salary but once again he had no interest. Spalletti has rejected all clubs advances toward him due to being unwilling to takeover the reigns of a club mid-season.

Inter aside, Spalletti has also managed the likes of Udinese, Roma and Zenit St. Petersburg in a 24 year managerial career.
