Franck Ribery remains a doubt for Fiorentina for this weekend’s match at home to Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The veteran French winger, who joined La Viola on a free transfer over the Summer, has been out with an ankle injury and is yet to re-join his teammates in full training.

The 36-year-old’s condition will be evaluated again today with these tests likely to be decisive toward whether or not he will be at manager Vincenzo Montella’s disposal to take on Antonio Conte’s table-topping Nerazzurri.

Whilst Ribery’s presence is up in the air, Montella will recover Kevin Prince Boateng, Milan Badelj and captain German Pezzella.

The trio have all missed matches due to varying reasons as of late and their returns will be a real boost for the Florence based club, who are without a win in their last five league matches.
