Former Inter defender Andreas Brehme has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share his memories of the Europa League after Inter’s third place finish in the Champions League group stage which means they will drop down into the competition.
Brehme spent four years on Inter’s books between 1988 and 1992 and played a role in Inter winning the competition, then known as the UEFA Cup, back in 1991. Inter would go on to win the competition a further two times that decade.
