In an interview with Italian radio station TMW Radio, former Inter defender Andrea Mandorlini has spoken on what Inter need to do to remain in the Serie A title race.
“I think it is important for Inter to continue being consistent. Inter have to win against Genoa to stay attached to Juve then they will do everything they can in the transfer market to ensure they can have their say in things until the end of the season,” he said.
Next Mandorlini, who spent seven years with Inter between 1984 and 1991, then went on to discuss the January transfer window and Arturo Vidal, who has drawn strong links to the Nerazzurri.
“Vidal will bring an added value if he is to arrive at Inter. Inter need more than just him though. They need to sign other players if they want to stay attached to Juventus.”
He was then asked what he makes of widely reported Inter target Dejan Kulusevski, who is currently starring whilst out on loan at Parma from Atalanta.
“Kulusevski? The quality that he for someone his age is important. He is doing some important things out on the pitch and has both physical and technical qualities.”
