Club nutritionist Matteo Pincella has created personalised meal plans for each and every player in order to keep them in the best shape possible. Players have been advised to continue to eat in moderation other than for Christmas dinner.
Fitness coach Antonio Pintus has given players personalised training schedules which include running and other exercises that the players can do on their own.
Conte will also be in touch with the players himself to make sure they are sticking to their diets and training plans and he will not be giving club management a minutes peace either during the holiday period with him expected to be in constant contact with the management to plot the January transfer window.
