Inter are getting close to completing a deal that will see them sign Dejan Kulusevski from Atalanta in the Summer transfer window according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
The Nerazzurri have been in talks with the Bergamo club over the 19-year-old Swedish international, who is reportedly valued at €40 million.
Inter are also at work trying to reinforce their midfield for the January transfer window. They have taken further steps forward when it comes to trying to sign Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal whilst Julian Weigl has also been offered to them.
Weigl wants to leave Borussia Dortmund for a new challenge and he can boast about having good positional versatility but Vidal remains the top target. Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta does not wish to spend a fortune on the Chilean though because he knows that due to his age he will not be able to get that back.
The report also goes on to explain that Chelsea duo Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri are both being considered as possibly additions for left back. PSG’s Layvin Kurzawa is the low cost alternative to the pair above.
It also states that Alexis Sanchez’s pending return could have a big factor in what Inter do with regards to the attack. Olivier Giroud has been linked whilst a swap deal with Napoli involving Matteo Politano and Fernando Llorente has also been speculated about.
