Minimal distance remains between Inter and Atalanta in negotiations over the transfer of Dejan Kulusevski according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The two clubs have been in talks over the 19-year-old Swedish international for some time now and it is believed that only €5 million separates the clubs who appear to be on the verge of striking a deal.

Inter have offered a deal worth €35 million in total but Atalanta continue to ask for their €40 million demands to be meet for Kulusevski, who is currently starring whilst out on loan at fellow Serie A club Parma.

Inter want to get the deal done and will only finalise it at the end of the season whilst Atalanta are determined to complete the deal in the January transfer window.

The report goes on to state that Manchester United are lurking and would have no problems in out bidding Inter but Inter remain in pole position to land him.
