Parma want one of Matteo Politano or Roberto Gagliardini in return from Inter to free Dejan Kulusevski from his loan according to a report from parmatoday.it.

Inter are currently in talks with Atalanta over the 19-year-old Swedish international sensation but in order to sign him in the January transfer window, they need to convince Parma to agree to cancel his loan deal with them, six months ahead of schedule.

The Ducali want ‘compensation’ in the shape of players to make cancelling Kulusevski’s loan worthwhile for them and have set their sights on Politano or Gagliardini, as per the report.

Politano is the more likely of the two to be offered by Inter due to the fact he does not really have a natural position in Antonio Conte’s system. Gagliardini is less likely to be offered to the Stadio Ennio Tardini club, at least until Inter add another midfielder to their ranks.
