Dejan Kulusevski had concerns about how he would fit into Antonio Conte’s 3-5-2 system at Inter according to a report from Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 19-year-old Swedish sensation looked set to join Inter but now looks set to end up at Inter’s arch-rivals Juventus, who had an offer totalling €45 million accepted yesterday by Atalanta.

Inter had agreed a deal with Atalanta worth €35 million that would have seen the Swede join them in the Summer but that will now not happen with Kulusevski already having agreed personal terms with the reigning Italian champions.

Kulusevski was very excited about the prospect of being able to play in Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri’s 4-3-1-2 system but the same could not be said about Conte’s 3-5-2 system. As per the report, Kulusevski was unsure what role he would play under the former Italian national team manager.

This season Kulusevski has starred whilst out on loan at Parma. In 19 appearances, he has scored four goals and tallied seven assists.
