A big question mark continues to hover above the head of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly ahead of their match with Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The Senegalese centre back, who is widely regarded as one of, if not, the best defender in Serie A, is currently nursing a hamstring problem which he sustained in the recent match against Parma.

He is currently seen as a real doubt ahead of the clash against Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri this coming Monday at the Stadio San Paolo and Napoli will wait until as close as possible to the match before declaring him as available or unavailable.

Kostas Manolas is also dealing with an injury at the moment but the report from the Roman newspaper states that he will grit his teeth and play through the pain barrier.

Dries Mertens is also not in the best of conditions due to a slight hamstring issue and it remains to be seen if he will be available. Defender Faouzi Ghoulam will however be back in the squad.
