Atalanta are considering a move for Inter full back Federico Dimarco during this transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere di Bergamo.

Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini has told club management that he would like a new left back added to his squad and management are now hard at work identifying potential additions.

Dimarco has found playing time extremely hard to come by this season and that will only become even harder with it widely understood that Inter are targeting a new left back.

The 22-year-old has been limited to just two appearances across all competitions this season for the Nerazzurri with both of those appearances coming off of the substitutes bench.

Dimarco has a contract with Inter through to the end of the 2021/22 season and Inter are unlikely to stand in his way if the right offer arrives. Parma and Udinese have both also been linked with moves for him recently too.
