In an interview with Serbian newspaper Telegraaf, Inter linked Nemanja Matic has admitted to being uncertain what the future holds for him.

“I do not know what to say, I have another six months left on my contract, we will see what will happen in January. Maybe I will renew, or I will find something different,” he explained.

“United have an option to extend my current contract, but we will see if the club’s plans match mine. I cannot say anything else because I do not really know anything else.”

He was also asked about how it feels to have played under both Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho in recent years.

“I have learned a lot, both from Conte and from Mourinho. They are different, but even the Portuguese sometimes goes wild. Conte is more explosive on the sidelines, but both are more relaxed in everyday life. You can talk to them and not have any problems.”
