Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku’s goals this season have won Inter 50% of the points they have according to a report in today’s print edition of Milanese newspaper Corriere della Sera.

21 of Inter’s 42 points have come as a direct result of goals scored by the Argentine and Belgian, who have scored 20 league goals between them.

Lukaku as an individual has directly contributed to Inter picking up 14 points which is equivalent to 26.2% of the Nerazzurri’s points. Lautaro Martinez is not far behind with 23.8%.

The report goes on to note that Andrea Petagna is the player to have had the greatest impact on his team’s points total this season.

The 24-year-old Italian’s six goals in 17 league appearances have earned 60% of SPAL’s 12 points that they have amassed so far this season. They are still in the relegation zone but it is thanks to Petagna that the Ferrara club are not so far adrift of safety.
