Christian Eriksen prefers the idea of a move to Real Madrid over all other interested clubs according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 27-year-old’s contract with Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur is due to expire at the end of the season and as a result Real Madrid as well as Inter, Manchester United and Paris Saint Germain have all taken an interest in signing him.

In order for Inter to sign him, they will have to offer more than the €9 million total salary that Romelu Lukaku earns each season, something that may be problematic for them but not for the other sides interested.

Tottenham Hotspur are well aware of the interest in his services and are therefore willing to sell him during this transfer window so they can avoid losing him for nothing come the Summer. As per the report, Spurs want €20 million for him.
