In an interview with Roman newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Inter legend Walter Zenga has sang the praises of Inter manager Antonio Conte.

“Conte is a monster, his 3-5-2 system is unique. The work that the full backs and midfielders put in is extraordinary and some of the things Inter do make their patterns of play unpredictable at times. It is as if Conte has been working with them for years and not just months,” he began.

Next he spoke on Stefano Sensi.

“Everything thought Inter were just signing a normal player but instead they find themselves with an international level player. Sensi has linked well with Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku and his return to full capacity will be fundamental for Inter.”

Zenga then went on to discuss the race for the Serie A title between Inter and their arch-rivals Juventus.

“Juventus are unreachable. They are a team who have a thousand different solutions. In my opinion, things will all depend on the Champions League.

“Of course, Inter have the Europa League to play in but trust me, Conte knows how to manage the situation. Juventus are the favourites but Conte will keep Inter close to Sarri’s Juventus until the end.”
