Hellas Verona are hard at work trying to sign Inter defender Federico Dimarco according to a report published on the website of Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Gialloblu club are working quickly to try and finalise a deal with Inter and the 22-year-old defender with it understood that Genoa are monitoring him as well.
Dimarco has struggled to break through into the Inter first team despite showing a lot of promise whilst he came through the ranks of the youth academy and whilst representing the Italian national team at youth level.
Dimarco has been limited to just two appearances across all competitions this term, with both of those appearances coming as a substitute.
Inter are known to be on the look out for a new left back this month and the arrival of one would only further push Dimarco, who spent last season on loan at Parma, further down the pecking order at the club.
