Inter manager Antonio Conte has shared his delight at Inter’s 3-1 win away to Napoli in an interview with Inter’s in-house channel, Inter TV.

“We dispelled an important taboo by getting back to winning at the Stadio San Paolo. We are very happy. I asked for courage and for the players to show personality and what they did satisfied me,” he began.

Conte then spoke on losing both Milan Skriniar and Nicolo Barella to suspension for the next match which comes against Atalanta.

“I am sorry that we will be missing two players in Skriniar and Barella against Atalanta. Let’s not forget though that during the period where we had many absences many players raised the bar and felt within the club’s project. We must continue like this and try to do our best. We won against a good team.”

He was then asked about how it feels to have reached 100 wins as a manager in Serie A in a record 145 games: “I have to thank the players who have accompanied me and are currently accompanying me.”
