Premier League side Manchester City are looking at possibly signing Inter’s Milan Skriniar this month according to a report from British newspaper The Mirror.

Having found themselves some way behind league leaders Liverpool, the reigning English champions’ owners are ready to invest to try and close the gap between now and the end of the season as best as possible and rebuild to go for the title again next season.

Skriniar is one player that club bosses have identified but they are not the only club to have shown an interest in signing the Slovakian international centre back.

The report goes on to explain that Spanish giants – and arch-rvials – Barcelona and Real Madrid are both also keen on bringing the 24-year-old in.

Skriniar joined Inter back in the Summer of 2017 from fellow Serie A club Sampdoria and has since cemented himself as one of the top defenders on the continent.
