In the coming days it will become clearer as to whether or not Kwadwo Asamoah will be able available for Inter’s next match against Atalanta according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The Ghanaian defender has missed nine games as a result of a knee problem as of late and whilst he did make a cameo appearance in the recent draw with Roma it was clear he was still some way off being fully fit.

He partly featured in a match against a lower league Italian side in training yesterday but it remains to be seen if he will be back to face the Bergamo club at San Siro on Saturday evening.

The report from the Rome based newspaper goes on to add that Stefano Sensi could meanwhile start for the first time since October 6.

The central midfielder has struggled with injury for a few months now but made a return to action off of the substitutes bench in Monday’s 3-1 triumph away to Napoli.
