Inter are continuing to work on a deal that would see Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla join them in the Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The two clubs were in contact with one another yesterday over the 19-year-old defender and the Gialloblu made it clear that Kumbulla will not be allowed to leave the club this month and that it will cost Inter €20 million to sign him up.

Inter are desperate to land the Albanian international ahead of Napoli, Juventus, Lazio and Atalanta, who have all also been linked.

In a bid to perhaps have Verona drop their demands, the report goes on to state that the Nerazzurri club are willing to give the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi club Federico Dimarco on loan for the remainder of the season and will also accept their request to have Eddie Salcedo’s loan extend for a further season. Moreover, Inter could be willing to give Verona an option to buy Salcedo outright.
