AC Milan will be able to make a move for Inter’s Matteo Politano until they sell Krzysztof Piątek according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The Rossoneri made an enquiry to Inter with regard to Politano’s availability and were told by their city rivals that Poliano was unavailable for loan but could be signed for a sum of €20 million.

Piątek is understood to be a target for Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur who are looking for a striker following star man Harry Kane’s injury.

Should Spurs buy the Polish international, it would help AC Milan toward being able to meet Inter’s demands for Politano, who has also drawn links to Napoli and Fiorentina in recent weeks.

The report goes on to state that a swap deal had been considered that would see Politano and PiÄ…tek swap sides but PiÄ…tek wants to play regularly and not sit on the bench behind Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku.
