Inter coach Antonio Conte will not rotate the squad too much for tonight’s game against Atalanta, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
The report details how Milan Skriniar, Nicolo Barella, Kwadwo Asamoah and Danilo D’Ambrosio are all unavailable for tonight’s game, with Matias Vecino also in doubt due to a slight injury concern.
The Uruguayan midfielder left before the end of Thursday’s training session, as well as yesterday’s, due to physical condition concerns. This morning his condition will have been verified, deciding whether or not he will be able to play later today.
Roberto Gagliardini was tested yesterday, the report continues, and is likely to play today in the midfield alongside Antonio Candreva, Cristiano Biraghi, Marcelo Brozovic and Stefano Sensi. Sensi is returning to the starting 11 after more than three months failing to start, finally recovering from his injury.
Finally, Lucien Agoumé trained with the squad, ready to sit on the bench tonight if Vecino isn’t fit enough for the game.
Probabile Inter Line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Roberto Gagliardini, Marcelo Brozovic, Stefano Sensi, Cristiano Biraghi; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez
