Inter thanked the fans that attended last night’s 1-1 draw in the Serie A game against Atalanta with a post on their official Twitter page.
Over 70,000 fans were at the San Siro for Inter’s league clash against Atalanta last night, a tough game that saw both teams walk away with a point.
Inter are the team with the highest average home attendance out of any team in Italy, averaging 64,332 spectators per game after 10 games, followed by AC Milan in second on 54,435 per game after 9 home games.
Inter posted the Tweet with the caption: “Thanks to the 70,042 present at the San Siro and to all Inter Fans in Italy and in the world. From tomorrow we think about the Coppa Italia match against Cagliari! Now and always Forza Inter.”
