There will be in excess of 25,000 in attendance at tonight’s Coppa Italia last 16 clash between Inter and Cagliari according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.
This will be Inter’s first involvement in the Coppa Italia this season and a quarter final tie against Fiorentina or Atalanta awaits the winners.
Tonight’s match is scheduled to kick-off at 20:45 local time.
The report from the Roman newspaper goes on to state that Suning have given Inter €4.6 million off the back of their performances in the first half of the season.
€3.5 million of that comes from the fact Inter finished in the Champions League places in the first half of the season and the remaining €1.1 million comes from the wins over AC Milan and Napoli, which were both worth €550,000.
