Livorno are keen on taking Xian Emmers on loan for the remainder of the season according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Belgian youngster is currently out on loan at Waasland-Beveren of the Belgian Pro League but is open to moving elsewhere as he looks to develop as best he can having not played as much as he would have liked so far this season.

It is far too early to talk about there being negotiations at this stage with Livorno yet to contact either Inter or the player’s representatives but the interest is certainly there to get something done.

Whilst Inter sold off a number of other youngsters, they were keen to ensure that Emmers never left on a permanent basis as they appear to have high hopes for him hence the loan to Waasland-Beveren.

This season Emmers has made nine appearances across all competitions. In 470 minutes on the field, he has scored once and assisted once.
